Rules for the salon's team
Version of 17 October 2026
Draft: add the operator's details and have the texts reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
1. Who these rules apply to
Everyone who works in a salon's administration in the Lichio app: the owner, managers and staff. You work in the app for the salon; the contract with Lichio is the salon's.
2. Your account
- Your account is personal: do not share your password or use someone else's account.
- Choose a password you use nowhere else, and sign out on shared devices after work.
- Report a suspected misuse to the salon and to us at once.
3. Clients' data
- Use clients' data only for your work at the salon: bookings and looking after clients.
- Keep it confidential, also after you stop working with the salon.
- Do not copy it out of the app or take photos of the screen.
- Write notes about clients factually and politely; the client has the right to see them.
- Record health details (such as allergies) only when the service needs them.
4. What not to do in the app
- Get around its security or try to reach other salons.
- Send clients advertising or review requests without their consent.
- Upload content the salon has no rights to.
5. Your data
How we process team members' data is described in the privacy policy (App accounts).
6. When you leave, and breaches
When you stop working with the salon, the salon removes your account. If these rules are broken, the salon or Lichio may restrict access.
