Client account terms

1. What a Lichio account is

The account is provided free of charge by Lichio's operator named at the end of this page. It works at every salon that uses Lichio and helps you keep track of and manage your bookings. The booking itself is a contract with the salon under its booking terms.

2. Who can create an account

• People aged 16 or over, with true details and one account each.
• The e-mail must be yours: you set your password from the link we send to it.

3. Security

• Only you know your password; do not share it.
• In the account settings you sign out every other device and change your e-mail and password.
• Please tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

4. What the account does

• You see your bookings at the salons where you booked, and move or cancel them under each salon's rules.
• A salon sees only the bookings and details that concern it.
• You agree to news and review requests salon by salon, and withdraw that at any time.

5. Closing the account

• You delete the account at any time in its settings, and can download your data first.
• We delete a registration nobody confirmed after 7 days, and an account unused for 3 years after a warning.
• We may block or delete an account that is misused.

6. Liability

We are responsible for running the account, the salon for its services and bookings. If the account is unavailable, the bookings still stand and can be managed through the link in the confirmation.

7. Changes

We tell you about changes to these terms and ask for your acceptance at your next sign-in. If you do not agree, you can delete the account.

8. Personal data

How we process account data is described in the privacy policy (Accounts of the salons' clients).

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. As a consumer you can also resolve a dispute out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
