How much does Lichio cost?
€19 / 490 CZK per salon per month. Website, unlimited bookings, team calendar, emails, set-up and support included.
How soon can we go live?
Usually a few days. You send the details, we set everything up and you approve it before launch.
Can the team use Lichio on a phone?
Yes, in a browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Add it to your home screen like an app. Each team member has their own access.
Can the website run on my own domain?
Yes. We'll help you connect it, or register a new one. Until then it runs at your-salon.lichio.app.
Will the website look like our salon?
Yes. Choose one of sixteen templates and tailor the colours, photos, text, fonts and sections. We can also create a bespoke template for you.
Do you send text messages?
Confirmations, reminders and thank-yous go out by e-mail and are included. We don't send SMS at the moment.
Can clients cancel or reschedule themselves?
Yes. You choose the cut-off for rescheduling or cancelling. If you switch it off, clients are told to contact the salon directly.
I'm on another system. Can I switch?
Yes. We move your services, prices and team details. Migrating client records depends on your current system, so we’ll discuss it with you.
Where is the data stored? Is it GDPR-compliant?
Data is stored in the EU and backed up daily. We act as processor for your clients’ data, with a data processing agreement included.
Does Lichio replace my till?
No. Lichio isn't a point-of-sale system. It takes care of your website, booking, calendar and clients, and works alongside your till.
